Performance Management System
The London Wildlife Trust needed a simple performance management system, which would ensure that the charity’s strategic plan was delivered through its people. The Performance Management paperwork was kept simple covering:
- Looking Backward
- Looking Forward
- Personal Development planning
Additional guidance was provided in the form of a power point presentation. |
I used People & Performance to design our performance management system because we did not have the internal capacity to do this to the timescale that was required. The consultant quickly grasped the strategic issues we were facing and was able to design a simple but effective performance management system, which met our needs and was easy to implement. I continue to use people & performance for HR advice..
