Coaching

The HR Director at The Crown Prosecution Service was new in post and needed a seasoned HR professional to act as a coach and sounding board. Christina Youell, HR Consultant fulfilled this role. The HR team were very reactive and dealing with a considerable workload. There was no spare capacity in house. The HR Consultant worked with the HR Team to determine priorities, develop the HR Service plan for 2004/5 and plan a major restructure. People & Performance have delivered a number of assignments for the CPS and continue to work closely with the HR team.

Christina has been my coach for the last year and she has acted as a sounding board, challenging my thinking and offering different perspectives on problems. She has also undertaken a range of strategic HR projects with us at the CPS. I greatly value her professional and practical approach.
