Cambridgeshire Fire and Rescue Service have used the services of Christina Youell at People & Performance for a number of years. Christina has advised Members on the Chief Fire Officer’s Performance Review. People & Performance has investigated complaints from employees and conducted reviews of organisational structures. Christina has coached a number of staff to improve their overall effectiveness and People & Performance has recently managed a major Pay Practice Review project affecting 120 support personnel. People & Performance planned and managed the project, using an Associate Consultant to deliver the project. It was delivered to timescale, specification and budget.
