Executives Appointments and HR sounding board
The Charity’s Chief Executive was retiring and it was vital that a good appointment was made to lead the charity as it expanded and developed. Christina Youell worked with the Director of Human Resources and the Trustees to plan the recruitment campaign and the assessment process. Christina Youell designed the assessment days, administered psychometric tests and supported the Trustees’ Appointment Panel in reaching their decisions. The consultant also provided comprehensive feedback to all the candidates. A successful appointment was made. A similar process was followed for the Director of Fundraising.
