Consultation

This was the first time that the RSPB had needed to undertake a change of contract of employment project, which affected all of their 1300 staff. The RSPB used People and Performance to guide them through the process. The Consultant helped plan the project, she ran workshops for the RSPB employee representatives and HR advice was provided throughout the project. The project was delivered with all the employees signing up to the new contract and without legal challenge

We used People & Performance to support a major change of contract project involving all our 1,300 staff. It was very reassuring to work with someone who had been through the process before.
